WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?

SHOP.Chicagoings.com and Chicagoings.com have partnered with multiple affiliate advertising programs. Translation: Certain products featured on this website, once clicked by users, earn a commission for the website. However, the products are curated without input from any third party and the opinions expressed throughout the site are those solely of Kari Herrera and/or any guest writer specified.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Since products are shipped from their perspective retailer, we are not able to control the ordering process once a user has left our site. For orders placed from Kari’s Closet, email Kari@Chicagoings.com immediately if you would like to change an order. We do not guarantee your request can be honored, but we will try our best!

I’M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE OR I HAVE A FIT QUESTION.  HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION?

I’M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK IN MY SIZE! WHAT CAN I DO?

Sorry! Items can sell out quickly. Unfortunately, we do not control third party stock and supply.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed from Kari’s Closet will ship within 48 hours of your order. Orders placed through third party affiliates will be shipped by the respectively third party and we will receive no information from them about your order.

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship via USPS, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Orders placed from Kari’s Closet are not eligible for return. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you’d like prior to placing your order.
